KAZAKH's investigator has revealed that Azerbaijan airlines have experienced two explosions of EMBRAER 190 about 25 seconds away, losing pressure in all three hydraulic systems.

The aircraft was severely damaged by flight control, and the crew chose to fly to the Kazakhstan Actau, who had examined many diversion options.

The preliminary survey result from the Kazakh -led accident investigation committee is that the aircraft arrived from BAKU on December 25, last year, and converts both GPS navigation systems and then approach the approach to Grozny's Runway 26. He said he was looking for.

However, after two attempts of worse, the crew notified the tower that the flight was back to Baku.

The tower asked if it could head to the northeast of Grozney to Way Point Pinta. He replied that it was still necessary to make a vector for GPS loss.

About 50 seconds later, the jet climbed 3,500 feet altitude, with a nose -up 12.3 ° pitching, climbing north to the 26 ° right bank. Neither GPS system had received satellite signals, and the DME rangefinder did not receive signals from the ground.

At this moment, the cockpit voice recorder said that both survey, auto pilot and autolottle were disconnected that they picked up the Sonic Boom.

In the next three seconds, the aircraft lost all pressure, one of the hydraulic systems, and then broke down on the pitch trim system. The crew was also informed that the AFT service door had opened.

The aircraft began to be suppressed within eight seconds of the van, and a few seconds later, the second hydraulic system completely lost pressure and lost the third pressure.

Two seconds after the collapse of the hydraulic system, and 25 seconds after the first explosion -another similar bang was shot on the cockpit voice recorder.

The crew told Glosney Tower, the jet told me that the bird was struggling to run through, demanding the nearest airport in the fine weather, and transferred to the Mineral Body and Makkakara, and transferred to the Lostov Control Center. did.

After demanding the weather between makhachkala and Baku, the rostov control was heading to BAKU, the crew chose to make a detour to AKTAU. Communication from the crew mentioned the possibility of the oxygen tank exploded, and passengers became unconscious.

The detour to the acttau has taken a jet with a disability across the Caspian Sea, the crew contacts Acta Tower about 50 minutes after the start of the incident, the surface of the control breaks down, and the jet is piloted by the throttle. I told the controller.

While visually lining up in the runway 11, the crew developed landing gear and expansion flaps, and the terrain warning and “pull -up” command rang with the cockpit.

The aircraft was thrown under a 5.8 ° nose, built a 35 ° on the right, and raised the horizontal stabilizer by 1.76 units when colliding on the ground.

The destruction of the aircraft brought 38 deaths, but 27 passengers and two crew survived the accident.

Examining the wreckage, a large damage was found on the left wing and engine from multiple penetration from foreign substances. These objects are implemented in a forensic analysis, and it is thought that internal systems such as hydraulic lines and electrical wiring of pitch trim systems are damaged.
