Sunshine may not be the first to come to mind when thinking about the British Islands, but Jersey Island is backing its trend as one of the good places.
Patricia Wooding has traveled on this luxurious island and enjoyed its vast sandy beach, wonderful natural trails, and wonderful restaurants, in time for the 80th anniversary of the release of the Nazi occupation for five years.
The Channel Islands were the only part of the island occupied by the German army during World War II.
Hitler has ordered Jersey to transform into a controlled fortress with a bunker and underground hierarchy.
The release date on May 9 is a bank holiday, but a special matrix, exhibition, and celebration will be held throughout the year to commemorate the anniversary.

The jersey is only 9 miles long and 5 miles wide, but the size of the tide is large, so the size twice a day is doubled. The low tide reveals many miles on the extra sandy beach with abundant rock pools.
Natural enthusiasts are a coastal road that connects a cute village, a trademark of a castle, a cray, a cliff, a beach, and an island. St. Obin is the best place to drop in for lunch, and there are many restaurants on the hill on the hills that look at the breathtaking sea view.
On the other side of the peninsula is a popular holiday spot in the Bay Bay Bay, but the best beach is a beet one mile, according to Patricia.
She says: “It is close to a remote bay and reach the bending sidewalk from the parking lot. On a 1 or 2 -mile Corbiere lighthouse, you can see the most spectacular view at sunset.
It is famous for gold dunes and water sports activities, including wakeboards, scuba diving, jet ski adventure, and plain sailing. “

It is very easy to travel from jersey and around it. Patricia's British Airways Flight was only 40 minutes from Gatwick.
“I have a lot of time to complete drinks and nibbles. Before I knew it, we were booked in the room.
“We stayed at a luxury boutique hotel and a spa St. Helier, a luxury boutique hotel within walking distance of beaches, shops, bars, and restaurants in the seaside capital.
There are indoor and outdoor pools, five treatment rooms, thermal suite, but the wonderful hotel crown jewel is Michelin's restaurant Hemia. “

One of the best experiences in jerseys was the “unforgettable meal experience” in Bohemia.
Patricia states: Panna Cotta, Peanuts, Kafia Lime, it was a pleasure of pure gastronomy.
“Like a very many jerseys, the dishes are the brilliant fusion of British and French culture. You can see this in the store, bar, and street name.”
There are still many small capitals. The great thing about staying in St. Helier is that after walking from the hotel to the release bus stop, the whole island is exploring.
It is also worth the afternoon shopping in St. Helier. St. Helier has two excellent department stores, Degurchi, Boacin, and Victorian Dynasty.
If your child is fascinating, you will go to a port with many activities to activate your young heart.
Even busy hands.
You can spend hours at the Maritime Museum, learn about pirates, and use practical sections to learn how to design your ship. Don't miss the tapestry of a huge occupation on display in a special room in this museum.
The 13 panels woven by the islanders talk about the five -year difficult life of the Nazi occupation. Each section has an interactive screen before that.
If the sun is still shining when you are still over, it has a tide admission pool built in the 1890s, a few times on Havre des Pas, an Art Deco -style sandy beach that was redesigned in the 1920s. I'm away. The pool is full of fresh seawater, providing a popular bathing place for locals and visitors.
For more history, cross the Causeway at low tide and head to Elizabeth Castle. Elizabeth Castle has been immersed in history for 400 years.
When Walter Rory IR was the governor of Jersey, you can climb the prime minister going back. The fortress was also provided by Charles II's sanctuary during the British Civil War and was used by Germans during occupation.
There is a distant, magnificent Mont Orgale Castle on the east coast of the island, overlooking the village of a fascinating seaside village.
Remember the former Nazi bunker that is still scattered throughout the coastline and the dark day of jersey in the early 1940s.
For modern visitors, holidays in jerseys kissed by the sun can be released.
