The open ocean, which is cruising, offers an exciting method for exploring multiple destinations, but it is difficult for those who are likely to stop moving.

Thankfully, the advice of experts from CRUISE NATION's management director, Phil Evans, has fought with the useful department and has revealed some strategies to ensure a smooth and fun experience.

According to Evans, if you are particularly susceptible to motion sickness, you want to “choose a cabin in the middle of the deck.”

This is because the center of the ship is the most stable part, and the movement is smallest.

In addition to the location, Evans says, “I recommend choosing the deck below on the deck below.

And for those who like the fresh air, it is also useful to choose a cabin with a window or veranda. If you have the view of the horizon and access to the fresh air, you may reduce the symptoms.

Of course, the kind of ship you have chosen can affect your experience.

“Large ships are constructed for smooth sailing and usually move between 20 and 25 miles / h,” Evans pointed out.

Many ships are equipped with stabilizers that ensure stability, so the well -equipped cruise liners can greatly reduce the possibility of feeling drunk, so the ship on the ship before booking. It is worth a time to investigate the specifications.

The time and the selected destination also play an important role. For example, in June, cruising in the Mediterranean will provide a much more calm experience than cruising in a few months in winter.

“As in June, cruising between warm months will automatically give a calm journey,” Evans said.

“It is always a good idea to check the weather and the condition of the sea during the plan to travel.”

If you know not only planning a cabin or destination, but also a problem that it is likely to be a problem, it is also important to prepare an appropriate tool to work on motion sickness.

“If you know you are already suffering from motion sickness, it's important to have an appropriate medicine,” Evans advised.

Before you sail, you can easily pick up the drugs designed by local pharmacies to relieve symptoms and confirm that it is sufficient during the cruise period.
