Washington Post was investigating the cause of the accident, saying that the personnel arrangement at the air traffic control tower at Reagan National Airport in Washington was “unusual” during the CRASH drop of an airplane that killed 67 people on Wednesday. He said he quoted the government's report when he started. 。

It is reported that two staff members of the tower covered four jobs, and at least one controller handles airplanes and helicopters at the same time. Apart from that, the U.S. Army helicopter, which was involved in CRASH, was said to have deviated from the approved flight route.

According to the BBC, the investigator discovered a black box from an airplane, but it includes audio recording from the cockpit, but it takes 30 days to publish a report.

Politico reported that the intense crowded airspace of Washington DC brought a repeated warning from regulatory officials who warned that security was approaching.

The American Airlines 5342 departed from Wichita, Kansas, and carried 64 passengers and crew members when they collided with Black Hawk helicopters around 9 pm. Since then, rescue attempts have been canceled, and officials have stated that there are no survivors.
