The Canary Islands are very popular with British tourists, but there is one thing that is overlooked, making it the best destination for relaxing holidays without a crowd.

Lagomera is the second smallest island chain, characterized by the mountains of the volcanoes crossed by hiking trails.

Although it is not as famous as a neighbor, there are several beaches on the islands with black sand and transparent sea, such as Prayadesantiago and Valegran Ray.

The waters around the lagomera are full of various types of whales and dolphins, and some tour operators provide an excursion for watching whales.

The beach in the town of Playadesantiago is one of the largest beaches on the island. It is a beautiful, coastline with many pebbles, and is the best destination in the sunny and slack zy afternoon.

Some people write about the town on a tripAdvisor:

“But if you are looking for an attractive small fishing village with a good restaurant, it is a wonderful base to explore a beautiful island to take extraordinary breath of Lagomera.”

Another addition: “The beach of a fairly quiet and relaxing hut that can swim according to the tide. There are nice restaurants, ice cream kiosks and supermarkets near the family.

The third is, “It's a wonderful place to eat. The food was so incredibly real and really delicious. The service was perfect and strongly recommended.”

The luxurious natural landscape of Lagomera is the perfect destination for walking and hiking enthusiasts. Elcedro has a trail, and you can hike the fog's fog rainforest in Galajonai National Park.

For those who prefer more relaxed holidays, Lagomera boasts a 56 -mile coastline waiting for being praised, such as a remote beach and bay.

In the evening, head to the capital Sansebastian to explore various bars, restaurants, shops, and picture -like plazas.

The stunning island can reach 21C in January, which is much warmer than the average of 6C in the UK, making it the best place to acquire the winter sun.
