More Family Collection announces the closure of More Quarters Neighborhood Hotel and expands its offerings at Cape Cadogan Boutique Hotel in Cape Town.

More Quarters Neighborhood Hotel was founded in 2009 by More Family Collection with a vision to create a unique lodging experience in Cape Town's vibrant Kloof Street area through independent apartment living.

“We have received tremendous support from people who understand what we are trying to bring to Cape Town accommodation, and our guests who have stayed with us have expressed their desire for a luxurious stay and a real-life experience. Unfortunately, they loved the experience of merging neighborhood life. We have made the very emotional and difficult decision to close More Quarters Neighborhood Hotel on May 2, 2025, as this niche service is not gaining enough sustainable support. said Robert More, Custodian and CEO.

In light of this decision, and in support of the frequently oversubscribed Cape Cadogan Boutique Hotel, More Family Collection is expanding its offering at Cape Cadogan with the addition of 10 new suites, known as Stable Suites. Continue.

The suites are housed in a historic building set behind Cape Cadogan, along a quiet cobbled street that connects the two properties. The current More Quarters Residence will be the second Cape Cadogan Residence to be available exclusively.

“The new Stable Suites are Cape Cadogan's premier suite category, which includes inter-leading, triple and two-bedroom suites to accommodate families of all ages and guests seeking more generous and private living spaces. ”More said.

All current More Quarter travel reservations from May 2nd onwards will be upgraded to the new Cape Cadogan Stable Suites, which will be officially available from May 3rd, 2025.
