The 2026 cruise promises passengers a spectacular 20-year journey between the two continents, ending in South Africa's major cities.

20 Nights – Cape Town from Mumbai, a cruise trip on Oceania Cruises, will be on sale on March 11th. Customers sail on the luxurious Sirena yachts and enjoy a package itinerary between the sea.

The cruise will depart from the city on India's west coast and spend the first few days in the waves before arriving in Male, the capital of the Maldives on March 14th.

The city is renowned for its beautiful mosques, markets and private beaches.

On March 19, the cruise drops the anchor for the day on Mahe, a stunning island in the Seychelles Islands, in the Indian Ocean off East Africa.

A few days later, passengers will bring another daytime stop on Madagascar, a picturesque island with cute beaches, before arriving at Sun Mayotte, Comoros, France the next day.

On the 26th, there will be stops scheduled for not only Richards Bay and Durban in South Africa on the 27th and 28th, but also in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique.

The cruise will then arrive in Cape Town, South Africa's capital, on March 30th. This city is a city with stunning scenery and plenty of things to do and see.

Cruise fares start at £4,811 per guest, and reach £12,049 for the most expensive penthouse suite, according to the company's website.

Cape Town is the second largest city after Johannesburg, sitting on the southern coast of the African continent overlooking the South Atlantic Ocean.

Among the main pulls of tourists are Table Mountain, Cape Point, Groot Constantia Vineyard, Robben Island, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, and the waterfronts of Victoria and Albert.

Perhaps its most popular destination, Table Mountain is located in a national park, offering stunning views of the city.

The Foreign and Federal Development Office (FCDO) is currently advising travel to all regions except essential travel to several regions of Cabo Delgado and Nampura, citing the risk of attacks by groups with ties to Islamic extremists.
