AirAsia X was given even more time to complete the acquisition of the AirAsian Airlines Group to finalize the conditions for financing contracts.

Air Asia X said that AirAsia X reached an agreement with AirAsia's Capital A and an extension of two months, and this is “all aspects” of the contract. He said that it was a “realistic step” to guarantee that it would be “paying attention.”

The company will also “finalize the final condition” of a private recruitment proposal to raise a total of $ 1 billion ($ 220 billion) with a specific investor.

In October, AirAsia X shareholders supported the company's acquisition of AirAsia a few days after the Capital A shareholder also supported the same.

Capital A announced for the first time in January, as part of an effort to rebuild business and break away from financially severe situations.

With this contract, AirAsia and AirAsia X were managed under a single entity, and the Airbus A320 Family narrow fabric and A330 multifunction devices, and “strengthened to long -distance and long -distance destinations. “Network” will be configured.
