Bengallurtata Group owned Air India (AI) has been set to strengthen international networks since March 2025. This extension strengthens airline footprints in major markets, in response to the growing demand for international travel.

Currently, airlines under the management of the TATA Group are changing to improve fleets, services, and connectivity. These new flights will be provided as part of the Air India strategy to regain status as a major global career.

2025 Summer Air Indiana Flight Expansion

Air India has announced a series of frequent extensions on several international routes from Delhi. These changes will improve the connection and provide more travel options by passengers.

Delhi Nairobi (Kenya) Current frequency: 3 weeks a week. New frequency: 4 flights a week. Effective date: April 1, 2025

This route, which connects Delhi and East Africa, works as an important connection for business and sightseeing. This route is increasingly popular, depending on the position of Nairobi as a gateway to Safari in Africa and as a gateway to the main trade hub.

Air India is the only airline of this sector. The airline operates Boeing 787-8 as a sector. Apart from Delhi, Mumbai is the only city connected to Nairobi.

Delhi Seoul (Korea) Current frequency: 4 flights a week. New frequency: 5 flights a week. Effective date: April 1, 2025

South Korea is an important market for both business travelers and leisure travelers. The increase in trade relationships, cultural exchanges between the two countries, and the increase in frequency reflect the increase in demand.

Air India competes with Korean air with this sector. South Korean Airlines operates a flight three times a week at Boeing 787-9. Delhi is the only city in India with non -stop flights to Seoul.

Delhi-Vienna (Austria) Current frequency: 3 flights a week. New frequency: 4 flights a week. Production date: May 11, 2025

Vienna is a major European hub known for its history, culture, and connection in Europe. These additional flights can help travel to Austria and to other destinations via Vienna.

Air India operates Boeing 787-8 in Vienna. Air India is the only airline of this sector. Previously, LUFTHANSA Group was interested in introducing Austrian Airlines services to Delhi. Delhi is the only non -stop flight to Austria.

Delhi-Zurich (Switzerland) Current frequency: 4 flights a week. New frequency: 5 flights a week. Effective date: May 31, 2025.

Switzerland is a popular destination among Indians and combines tourists with good scenery beauty. Increasing frequency can help satisfy the demand during the peak summer.

Air India competes with Swiss International Airlines in a sector. Switzerland operates a flight every day by Airbus A330-300 aircraft. Air India operates Boeing 787-8 with this sector.

Apart from Delhi, Mumbai is the only Indian city of other Indian cities, with non -stop flights to Switzerland.

    Increasing demand for international travel

India has seen a rapid increase in pandemic after international trips. Growth is mainly caused by leisure trips and increased dia spola movements. The important propulsion for this trend is an increase in interest in international vacation.

Since the 19th, Indian travelers are now eager to explore new international destinations for leisure. In particular, Europe, East Asia and Africa are becoming more and more popular.

In addition, the world's largest India's Dia Spora continues to produce consistent demand for international routes. AIR India's decision to target these specific routes and increase frequency is an important movement to utilize the increase in demand.
