Surfing waves say the country “polices” “lots of swell” from the Antarctic lows and is surrounded by ocean on three sides.
This makes for “huge surfing potential.” The site adds: “This coastline is swept by two major ocean currents, the warm south-flowing Mozambique-Agruha Current and the cold Benguela Current, and all coasts are pounded by surf all year round.
“There are a lot of world-class surfing spots, but they're not interesting. The world of surfing got its first taste in the movie Endless Summer.

Johannesburg itself is South Africa's largest city, with a population of over 8 million people.

Other museums focus on the struggle to end apartheid.
Expedia advises visiting Johannesburg's cultural district in New Town and Braamfontein. The theater offers a “stylish” bar, an attractive restaurant and a “charming” cafe.
The site adds:
“Take a walk around Maboneng, east of the city center, witnessing suspicious urban neighborhoods, seducing suspicious people and winning over Jozi's charms.”
