According to guidance on the gov.uk website, this advice is particularly relevant to those planning to drive, as outlined in the “Transportation Risks” section. The site emphasizes that Luxembourg's Road Traffic Act is strictly enforced and fines are possible for minor violations.
Additionally, “You can use your UK Photocard driver's license to drive in Luxembourg for a year. If you still have a paper driver's license, you will need to renew your photocard license or get the correct version of your International Driving Permit (IDP).”
