Airlines like American, Delta, Lufthansa and United are all in on big spenders. That means equipping your plane with more luxurious first and business class pods and suites than ever before. These seats can be heated or cooled. It includes ultra-high definition screens and perhaps the most popular innovation, Privacy Door. But what elaborate new cabin airlines are using to seek high spending is that jet liners like the Boeing 787 Dreamliner will wait for the ground until regulators approve them, keeping new planes deliveries.
