Holiday Parks in Haven are usually synonymous with affordable family vacations, allowing parents and children to enjoy a beach break in a static caravan. For a couple in their mid-20s looking for a relaxing weekend, it's not the first place you think.
But, embracing the adventurous spirit, I suggested to Tarara that I would replace the city's residence for a four-day stay at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Despite her initial skepticism, we quickly soaked in the sun and sipped a refreshing drink shortly after receiving a warm welcome at the Park Gate.
Our weekend was full of picturesque walks, thrilling activities and delicious food. Everything was available within a 183-acre park overlooking the stunning Jurassic Coast. We sampled as much as we could before returning to our city homes and felt revitalized and enthusiastic about our next visit.
Regarding our accommodation, we were surprised by the 2 bedroom gold caravan in the upper deck area of the park. The caravan was spacious and pure white and boasted a large deck with sea views, central heating and tables and chairs.
An efficient check-in process allowed us to start our holiday almost immediately upon arrival. Everything was set up and ready, so within a few minutes we were able to pour our drinks, lay out our snacks and slip into holiday mode.

The accommodation was fully equipped for all your cooking, food and sleep needs. So far, so good.
Our first impression was only strengthened by a short walk into the stunning sand bay to catch the tail end of the sunset.
Along the way, we navigated the arcade, squealing with high-pitched squeals from the children and their parents, excited to hustle to keep pace.
But when they finally appeared on the other side, they returned to the soothing sound of waves colliding with the birds. A heartfelt meal at the onsite Seaside Café helped to shake off the fatigue from our long drive to the south.
The menu was filled with options such as vegetarian tarrara, whose selection of spicy cauliflower tacos and cocktail pitchers took even more breathtaking the ocean views.

A post-dinner survey at the park revealed that it barely damaged the surface of food and drink options available to us.
Later we found out that the terrace is a great place for evening drinks. Sharing nachos with mash and barrel is a sure hit. Most relaxed afternoons. Our Papa John pizza is fresh and tasty, delivered on time on just a few taps on the phone, and the cozy comfort of our accommodation, as the rain and the wind roams outside So I was having fun.
Despite the weather rising in the afternoon and evening of the second day, it was clear that we were far from suffering.
Our day began with a surge in activities kicking off with guided Segway tours.
Under Morgan's enthusiastic guidance, our group was immediately taught how to run the Segway before embarking on an exhilarating journey across the park. We navigated the dirt roads, climbed up and down the hills, followed a narrow road along the edge of the water.
This exhilarating start to our day served as a warm-up for the aerial adventures awaiting us.
My induction was placed in the ultimate test as I worked on an attack course that was surrounded by treetop heights and triggered absorption. After releasing some initial cries of anxiety, I found myself enjoying the thrill of raw tunnels, overcoming obstacles, and returning to solid ground.
Whenever we travel, we strive to balance relaxation and dul and adrenaline fuel activities. A very comfortable mattress facilitated the former easily.
We were so obsessed with it that we thought about treating ourselves as one and looked for that label. Breakfast in bed became a precious routine during short visits while enjoying some TV.

Beyond Segway tours and treetop adventures, there was plenty of opportunity to satisfy your cravings for excitement.
On our final whole day, we embarked on a coastal walk from the beach cafe to the charming seaside town of Budley Salterton.
Our journey took us along a 2.5-mile route, crossing unexplored areas of the park, climbing red stone cliffs, crossing bridges, sailing through gates, and miniature We passed the waterfall. Strategically placed benches with a stunning perspective provide the perfect spot to enjoy our snacks and drinks, and buy absolute lifesavers from Haven's mini-markets during our trip I did.
The trail was a challenge enough to pump our hearts, but it's easy to manage with trainers, so before you go back, you'll explore a bookstore, pebbles beach, cozy cafes and even a quaint, old-fashioned sweet shop. I had an hour left to do so. After a peaceful few hours, we were ready to reinforce our excitement with evening entertainment.

We headed to Capone to finish our day with a high note. I headed to Capone. Capone is one of two major venues on the site that eagerly anticipates a thrilling performance by circus artist Steve Arnold. We were far from being disappointed.
We knew we were taking part in the snacks as we had already been entertained by Tribute Act Rob B Williams on the first night.
Steve's show was a hit with both adults and children. There was his amazing juggling and Diablo skills, complemented by his hilarious jokes. With a stomach and painful cheeks of laughter-induced pain, we retreated to the comfort of our holiday home and stargazed on a crisp and crisp night.
Our city escape is over, but haven, you were truly heaven.
