The Caribbean is known for its incredible beaches. In fact, it is home to a 250-mile pristine coastline and a popular holiday destination for many Brits. However, it takes just under 10 hours to fly from the UK by plane, and is not exactly nearby. If you're on the verge of time, there are plenty of other great beaches near Europe, including the best beaches in the world that are easier to manage from the UK.
But relaxing on the gorgeous beaches doesn't necessarily mean you have to leave the UK, especially if you have a budget. There are many beautiful beaches in the UK to smoke the sun, one of which is the “perfect dupe” for one of the famous coasts of the Caribbean. Travel experts at ParkDean Resorts have revealed the beaches to head to this summer if you're looking for a slice of paradise without leaving the country.
Located on St. John's Island in one of the three Virgin Islands, Cinnamon Bay Beach is an idyllic cove known for its crystal clear blue waters that make it a popular snorkeling destination.
But if you're staying in the UK this year, Park Dean Resorts has revealed the “perfect dupes” of this Caribbean coastline in Cornwall.
Known for its soft white sand and turquoise waters, Porthnono Beach in Cornwall is an oasis of calm and natural beauty in the UK, and in the summer, it experiences flat water throughout the summer thanks to the microclimate.
The beach cove, backed by a winding coastal path surrounding granite cliffs and picturesque beaches, is compared to those found at Cinnamon Bay Beach.
The stunning white sand is also the unique result of shells that have been slapped by dust in the ocean for millions of years, making them look soft and powdery.

Another resident added: “I'm born and bred by Cornish and can recommend lots of nice beaches to visit Cornwall. But Pauskrun Beach crosses every time! It's really amazing!
There is a pay and display car park located a 30-minute drive from Penzance, but to get to the beach you will need to walk down the sandy roads and steep stairs. Visitors should also note that a dog ban is in effect from 10am to 6pm from July 1st to August 31st.
