Al Rostamani's Maze Tower is featured in the Guinness World Records as it is home to the world's largest vertical maze. The incredible feature is in front of the tower, with a massive surface area of a whopping 42,487.35 square feet. Al Rostamani's maze tower is located along Sheikh Zayed Road in the gorgeous city of Dubai.

Opened in January 2012, The Dusyscraper is a multipurpose building that houses 25 office floors, garden floors, 24 residential floors and a roof with swimming pools. It is also home to the Ministry of Home Affairs of Al Rostamani International Exchange, a UAE financial institution that provides currency exchanges and money services.

Al Rostamani was behind the building's development and it took seven years to build.

The development group was founded in the early 1950s and today is one of the UAE's leading family business conglomerates focusing on a variety of diverse industries, including automobiles, general trading, real estate and construction, solar energy, financial services, travel and tourism, and technology solutions.

Hassan Al Rostamani, the Al Rostamani Group Project Conceptscher said, “I have always wanted the maze to look like it was carved from one giant rock.

The tower offers a variety of residential options, including one bedroom apartment, two bedroom apartments, two duplexes and penthouses available in four different layouts.

It is also the ultimate work location. “The office overlooks the influential Dubai International Financial Centre with dining and cultural facilities. Emirates Towers, Dubai World Trade Centre, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are all easy to reach,” the website says.

Furthermore, the tower contributes to the “perfect location” as it is located in the “center of Dubai” near the Emirates Towers Metro Station, just 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

Featuring children's playgrounds, the incredible facilitates of towers such as gyms and spas, lobbies, pools and gardens offer the perfect escape from the rush of urban lifestyles and Dubai's incredible skyline views.
