Some ships sail the stars, while others invite them to take part in a celebrity-filled launch. For the voyage of Luminarra's Maiden, the third superyacht in the Ritz-Carlton collection, the boldly named fleet, accepted a two-day trip to Malta, including Tom Breida, Sofia Vergara, Colman Domingo, Janelle Monae and Martha Stewart. For the ship itself, the 794-foot-long Luminarra features 226 luxury suites (which can accommodate 450 passengers), five restaurants, multiple pools and a spa. There is also a Chanel and Cartier boutique for guests who want to take their souvenirs home.

Why discuss which Italian villages are the most beautiful when they can be decided on Italian television? Borgo Dei Borghi (translated into village village), which has been broadcast every year since 2014, highlights Italy's most beautiful little village. Each year, 20 villages (one from each region) compete for titles. The winners are selected by a panel of experts in history, arts and culture, as well as public votes and experts. This year's winning village was Militaria in Valdi Catania, Sicily. Check out our complete list of Italy's most beautiful villages in 2025.

Are you looking for a really cool holiday this summer? Consider staying at one of the Norwegian ice hotels. Longtime Forbes travel contributor David Nikel recently returned from the Solisniva Igloo Hotel to report on what to expect. Usually guests arrive in the afternoon and check in to a nearby (warm) cabin or lodge before taking part in activities such as snowmobiles, husky sledges and watching the Aurora (depending on location). Later that night, you begin your stay in the ice suite. And yes, it's very cold, between 19°F and 25°F. But that's the purpose of a thermal sleeping bag. And an extra blanket.
