The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) awards the Aviation Operator Certificate (AOC) to the Aviation Airlines Falcon Aerospace Restrictions and runs business as Vivajets.

AOCs allow airlines or charter operators to use aircraft for commercial purposes.

“We are pleased to announce that airlines are being promoted,” said Chukwuerika Achum, CEO of the airline. “We are pleased to announce that the NCAA has awarded the AOC in January 2025, which is an essential milestone for becoming Africa's largest and most efficient business aviation provider.

“This certification from our home country makes business aviation more accessible and further strengthens our ability to provide the critical business connectivity that Africa needs through seamless and efficient air transport.”

Vivajets offers a variety of services, including aircraft management, fractional ownership options, and the ability to charter or own private jets.

The airline said the accreditation will support the global expansion program.

“We are rapidly expanding our operations at the global stage in North America, Europe and the Middle East, as well as our offices in Canada. We have also sponsored, exhibited or participated in international events such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), Africa CEO Forum (ACF), Africa Air Force Summit, Investment in the Africa Summit, Africa Investment Summit (AFIS), and have also leveraged technology innovation to create a digital platform that improves access and affordability for business aviation services.”

“We are currently seeking collaboration and investment to continue using AOCs to expand our fleet and global routes, and to promote rapid growth and international expansion,” Salami added.

Flight Operations Head Mark Adga said Vivajets is meeting this demand by providing seamless and efficient charter flights for both booking and operation.

“We continue to expand our operational scope and quality. We continue to provide our clients with the best notch service with safe and efficient flights without compromising our luxury,” Added Adga.
