For those booking early flights, the first day of the holiday may start well before sunrise. However, passengers flying on certain airlines can enjoy longer nights of sleep thanks to lesser known hacks.
Several airlines offer Twilight Bag Drop service, allowing passengers to unload their bags the night before the flight.
Of course, you will need to arrive at the airport in sufficient time to pass security and head to the gate. Most airports recommend arriving at least 2 hours before your flight departure time.
If you have already checked the hold parcel, you may be able to push the alarm back. Also, there are fewer items to carry, making the morning a little easier.
Major airlines, including JET2, EasyJet and TUI, offer variations in their services and get more information online. You will need to obtain a boarding pass and passport while each airline sets up guidance.

Whether you are eligible to use the Services depends on the departure time of your flight. Cutoff times vary between airports, and the timing of the Twilight Bag Drop Slot is the same.
