Westair Aviation and Gondwana Collection Namibia has launched Fly-in Zambezi, a new boutique aviation service that provides direct connections to lodges and lodges across major safari destinations in southern Africa. Officially announced at Eros Airport on March 26, 2025, the service links Namibia's Zambezi region and the wilderness regions around Victoria Falls, Maun, Kasan and its surrounding wilderness areas, reducing reliance on long road relocation and increasing convenience for high-end safari itineraries.
The service runs the Katima Mulilo-based Cessna Grand Caravan, with flights scheduled to run three times a week from April 2026 to July and November 2025. The joint venture combines Westair's aviation capabilities with Gondwana's tourism expertise to support enhanced regional access and curated travel products across South Africa's top wildlife routes.
