Oceans Umhlanga Development already offers over 25,000 construction jobs and lives in local assets such as the Radisson Blu Hotel and Oceans Mall. Developers and officials have positioned the project as a major boost to tourism, job creation and investors' attraction in Durban, and positioned Umlanga as an important economic driver for KwaZulu-Natal.
