Here in the UK you can find “heaven” beaches with mostly tourists.
Kynance Cove has been named as one of the UK's most beautiful hidden beaches by a timeout.
It is located on the south coast of Cornwall, two miles northwest of Lizard Point.
It takes about 6 hours from London to reach this beautiful, quiet part of Cornwall, but it's a worthwhile trip.
As you approach the area, you will need to look for a modest sign pointing to a cove that many people have missed!
A TripAdvisor visitor said: “I went for my birthday. It was the best birthday I had. The five and a half hour drive was just amazing value for the beach without exception.”
Once you arrive at the beach you will see the formation of white sand and caves on the background of the cliffs.
When the sun is shining, the blue sea makes you feel like you've been transported to another country.
After exploring the beach, you can head to some of the nearby neighbourhoods such as Poldhu Cove and Kennack Sands.
One TripAdvisor beach visitor said:
“Kynance Cove is one of the most beautiful places I've visited: the walks, geography, beaches and water are absolutely fantastic.
“The parking lot is worth it. I walk around the park and maps dotted around clearly explain how to arrive at the beach. There are simple routes and some more difficult routes .”
If you are visiting when the tide is low, you can explore the caves along the beach, or opt for a rock climbing adventure or rock pooling. But if you prefer more relaxing activities, swimming is a good idea.
However, it is recommended to do this in pairs as there are no lifeguards and the tide can be very strong.
