The Namibia Tourism Board (NTB) has appointed new CEO, Cebron Chikal, as of March 1, 2025, as the new CEO, effective CEO. He previously served as the Director of Tourism and Games for the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism, where he played an important role in shaping the country's tourism policy and initiatives.
With a qualification that includes a master's degree in business management and expertise in corporate governance and talent development, Chicalu is in a position to lead the NTB's efforts to strengthen Namibia's tourism sector. The board expressed confidence in his leadership, highlighting his strategic vision to strengthen Namibia's appeal as a travel destination and drive innovation within the industry.
