Give memorable send-outs during the snowy season, join the ski club for the new end-of-season ski holiday in the UK and win the Tigners takeover based in the Tignes highland resort. The 121-year-old ski club is planning a number of social skiing, including the opportunity for members of all ski standards to come together, using the exclusive use of the 3* l'Aiguille Percee Hotel at Tignes Le LAC. Members can book skiing, social skiing or a 6-day piste or off-piste course for free.
This week coincides with Tignaise's annual spring break and the first year hosting the Tignaise Unlimited Festival. Spring break events feature a mix of winter sports and festival lineups, including outdoor DJ sets, daily Après Ski parties, and the famous water slide contest where skiers and snowboarders try to cross the 15-meter pool. The season finale, Tignes Unlimited, debuts from April 26th to May 4th, will combine spring skiing with world-class electronic music. Featuring international DJs such as Paul Kalkbrenner and Laurent Garnier, there is a span bar, mountain stage and resort venues for performances.
The ski club of the UK CEO James Gambrill, highlighting the Tignays' excellent snow record, said: This new week is designed to have a festival atmosphere at the resort and give the resort the opportunity to ski with like-minded people on a ski level, leading the ultimate Au Levoir to the snow. I'm really looking forward to seeing Tignes running these incredible events the same week as Tignes Takeover.
The Tigners takeover from April 26th to May 3rd will cost £999pp, including a 7 night half-board accommodation at the 3* l'aiguille Percee Hotel (twin occupancy). Membership of UK ski clubs costs from £80 a year (full adult fee) including many benefits and discounts through partners, as well as access to the ski club's robust winter sports insurance.
