Ryanair is all set to launch more flights to one of Spain's sunny cities as part of its summer travel plans.
The flights scheduled to operate from Cardiff Airport are part of the Alicante Service.
Flight services reportedly are the biggest summer flight program ever by popular budget airlines from Cardiff Airport, with an up 18% year-on-year increase, Sun reports.
Alicante is a vibrant coastal city in Costa Blanca, southeastern Spain.
Known for its stunning beaches, rich history and vibrant atmosphere, Alicante is a popular tourist destination among British tourists.
We enjoy the Mediterranean climate of hot summers (30c) and mild winters (15c). The best times to visit are spring (April-June) or fall (September-November) when the weather is pleasant and there are few crowds.
Ryanair routes to Alicante and Dublin are one of the most popular services at regional airports.
Flights to Alicante are open during the summer, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Summer Alicante services are scheduled to resume on March 30th, with flights running until October 24th.

“There are 32 flights per week (16 outbound and 16 inbound) this summer. These low-cost flights are extremely important for Wales tourism and business and leisure travelers.
