The heavenly design
All surrounding details are meticulously designed by the unusual Muzalabs of the interior. MuzaLab is the foresight behind One & One's only Cape Town renovation and the latest dining destination, Rooi. The Spa's new “Full Moon Menu” is only served once a month. It is made to guide you on a transformative voyage. As a unique monthly celebration of renewal, growth and rediscovery, each treatment utilizes the energy of the month to stimulate emotional and physical harmony while simultaneously healing both the body and mind. The quiet space journey includes a sound bowl ceremony at dusk, followed by a foot bath ceremony, breathing tasks, chakra balance and meditation.
Three bespoke rituals are available for this exclusive offering, including empowerment rituals, harmonious rituals and Stardust alone rituals. Each ritual is tied to the lunar cycle, expressing the different stages of the moon and incorporating moonstones to ensure renewed energy and treatment of hope.
To celebrate the new moon as the beginning of a new cycle, the empowerment ritual, using a combination of anointed oils, jade rollers and quick massage strokes, is a full-bodied massage that combines guest energy and centers with one, elevated, exhilarated and empowered as daily muscle tension is released. A harmonious ritual, slow and sensory treatment, Kansa's Staff (the traditional, traditional Indian meditation and relaxation tool) offers an opportunity to reflect, cleanse and harmonize nature.
