An airline spokesman said that Oligny Aircraft is not being served following “Tale Strike.”
They added the airline's engineering team, and partners looked into the aircraft's G-Pembu to assess sustained damage when the plane's tail hit the runway on April 15, and determined a timeline for a safe return to service.
The spokesman said Oligney will “conduct resilience measurements of additional aircraft” through leases after the incident.
They added: “We continue to be committed to maintaining reliable and secure services for our customers.”
Last week, an Aurigny spokesman said, “We can confirm that one of the flights that arrived at Guernsey Airport yesterday (April 15th) is more difficult in intense weather conditions than a normal landing.”
The airline said no one was injured.
After the airline had previously sold only jets, the aircraft G-Pemb joined the Aurigny fleet in July.
