    (Menafn-Mid-EastErd Info) Many UAEs are focusing on international travel in 2025: Allianz Partners Travel Index UAE survey respondents are planning to travel at least twice this year, spending more than USD 3,000 (approximately AED 11,000) over 76% of UAE travelers, over 76% of UAE travelers. July 2, 2025, UAE International Travel Planning – Allianz Partner Travel Index 2025 surveyed 500 people in the UAE for travel plans, preferences and concerns, revealing that most UAE respondents intend to travel internationally in the coming months. Global events and financial pressures continue to shape decisions, but safety and security have emerged as top priorities. How often and how much time do UAE respondents spend: Multiple travel, long-term stays and budgets in the UAE are planned for US$3,000 (approximately AED 11,000). Typical holidays last between 9 and 15 days, with most travelers preferring to travel with family and peers, reinforcing local preferences for shared experiences. The budget depends on household income, but 34% of travelers plan to exceed US$3,000 (approximately AED 11,000) on their next holiday. Most respondents can take up to three months, relying on recommendations from family, friends, social media, especially YouTube, Facebook and Instagram about travel inspiration. Furthermore, when it comes to using the travel app, 45% of respondents have shown that storing travel documents is the most available feature during their trip. Safety Concerns: From misery from the weather to geopolitical fears, personal safety is a major concern for UAE travelers cited by 44% of respondents, followed by fear of extreme weather events, financial constraints and flight disruptions. High-income travelers pay particular attention to geopolitical tensions, but younger travelers are important in protecting travel documents and digital assets abroad. Travel insurance purchases are also on the rise as 26% of respondents say they intend to purchase insurance policies through travel websites. Among purchasing insurance, 50% say that the main reason to purchase travel insurance is for their own security/secureness. Additionally, 35% of respondents emphasized emergency medical benefits and coverage restrictions as the most important factors affecting insurance purchases, especially for longer international travel. The sampling is nationally representative and is useful by age, gender and region to match the underlying population published by the UAE.
