The Korean authorities will publish a provisional report on the accident on December 29, and will carry out a “full investigation” for fatal accidents caused by Jeju Airlines Boeing 737-800.

A report on the 7C2216 flight announced on January 27 was submitted to ICAO, but also to US, France and Thai investigations.

It covers many of the content that the investigator explained to the crash victims two days ago, including evidence of a bird collision.

The aircraft (HL8088) operated the launch of Bangkok, and overlooked the runway after the emergency landing. The crashed embankment with a localizer antenna mount was destroyed by the impact, and only two of the 181 crew members survived.

The Korean Airlines and Railway Accident Investigation Committee (ARAIB) officials stated in the report that a “fire and partial explosion” occurred when the aircraft collided with the embankment.

The magazine stated in detail about the impact of the crash and added, “Both engines were buried in the embankment, and the front torso scattered up to 30 to 200 meters from the embankment.” The tail wing flipped over the embankment, and some burned. “

ARAIB investigators and others stated that both flight recorders had “stopped at the same time,” a few minutes before the crash. When this happened, the aircraft was about 1.1 nautical areas from the end of the runway 01.

The 737 crew was composed of the captain and a co -pilot, and flew 186 hours and 164 hours in 90 days before the accident. The captain was estimated to be a co -pilot of the aircraft, with a 737 -type aircraft flight time of 6,000 hours or more, and a colleague's flight time was more than 1,300 hours.

At a conference on January 25, officials have identified the feathers and other debris in the aircraft engine that is the type of Baikar Kogamo, a type of East Asian duck, which is usually 400 grams of weight.

Investigators will investigate two CFM International CFM56 engines of the 737 -type aircraft (the decomposition and “detailed ingredient analysis”) and the Localizer of the Terms of the Terms of Takeshi Airport.

“These full -scale survey activities are intended to elucidate the exact cause of the accident. In addition, problems that are necessary for safety and other improvements are examined, and urgent safety. ARAIB is expected to lead to recommendations.

The crash was the worst air accident in Korea, and the monitoring of Korean cheap airlines and airport infrastructure is growing.
