JOHNSTOWN, Pa. — The Federal Aviation Administration said it is investigating an incident in which the left wing of a SkyWest Airlines plane struck the runway when it landed at John Martha Johnstown Cumbria County Airport on Monday.
Skywest issued a statement that the incident was caused by a gust of wind.
