    Departing on a dream holiday often asks for a dul in flight, but one woman urged her to avoid a particular drink while in the air and to avoid another drink to lead it to rebellious labeling. Influencer Kat Kamalani followed her tiktok with the caution that she would never consume liquids that were not found in cans or bottles.

    Are you confused by this harsh warning?

    According to Kat, “The reason is that those tanks are not cleaned and disgusting, so consult your flight attendant. They rarely drink coffee or tea. They rarely come from the same water tank.

    Her amazing revelation didn't stop there. Her Tiktok content, reposted by the travel site @getLostwebsite, claimed that these tanks are rarely clean as long as they need it and are shockingly close to the bathroom.

    Additionally, Kat advises parents to avoid requesting hot water from these tanks to mix the bottles for questionable hygiene standards.

    Reflecting emotions, Niotie tea expert Arthur Gautier said, “The water used for tea and coffee on airplanes should not attract the same level of attention as your kitchen tap at home.”

    He warns too: “If cleanliness is a priority for you, you may want to think twice before reaching for that in-flight coffee.”

    On Reddit, users said, “These are two drinks that you should not order on a plane: coffee and tea. The pipes are never cleaned.”

    In response to the claim, some redditors came to the defense of consuming hot drinks while flying.

    “And if it's not safe, we'll have a trend of sick people who have recently had coffee and tea on passenger planes, but we won't.”

    “Many traditional teapots are never “cleaned” in the Western sense.

    “It's as safe as a home. There's a reason people started drinking both. From a health perspective, boiling water is a great pathogen killer.”
