Putting money where the mantra is located, Six Senses Resort Group recently launched a new women's wellness program at five properties. The new initiative has been rolled out in Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Vietnam and the Maldives and was developed with Dr. Mindi Pertz, a holistic wellness expert. The 3-day, 5-day, and 7-day program is built around each guest's hormonal stages and focuses on nutrition, sleep, stress, movement and recovery. The other six Senses locations will add a women's wellness initiative later this year.
