The Kent Town Center is available in about an hour's drive. There are several good parking lots, including parking and on-street parking. The cheapest place to park is on Beach Street. Park for £1.30 per hour and stay for 5 hours. The daily rate is £6.50.
If you don't plan on driving, it's easy to deal with. The train from London takes up to an hour and a half. If you are traveling from North or Birmingham, you will need to travel to London first and get a connecting train to deal with it.
