The owner of the Harry Potter themed Airbnb was heartbroken after the guest “threw away the entire place” and caused damage worth £5,000.
A woman transformed Watford's fortune into an incredible space for Harry Potter fans. Incredible props and figures, themed rooms around the Hogwarts house, mini libraries, themed stolen items, bedding, posters, games and more.
The understated Airbnb has become a virus in Tiktok as owners share the latest information on conversion into incredible spaces of boring homes.
However, all of the owner Sady's efforts have recently been ruined after a nightmare guest ruined the place.
She said: “It's the most heartbreaking thing. Why did someone make this so cruel and thoughtfully made it to make Peole smile, they literally destroyed the entire place.”
Sadie was in ruins and unable to believe what she found after seeing the property. Frozen tips broke all over the floor, floating lanterns broken, glass broke all over the floor, TVs broke and bleached, and all the furniture moved.
The worst place in all was the “crime scene” bed. The mattress and sheets were covered in a strange brown liquid. Sadie explained that it was cocoa butter and coffee.
She also said there was a knife by the window and the cannabis. Sadie cleaned up most of the mess, but again to make sure it was completely hygienic, she hired a professional cleaner to help.
She added that after contacting the guest, she “refused to help with damages.” Answering a few questions after her video, Sadie added: “For those who ask if the guest paid the deposit, he is because we don't charge a deposit.
Sadie, who shared what happened on the Tiktok page, explained that the guest had booked through Booking.com. She has been in contact with police and Booking.com on the issue.
Sadie's video left people with Gobsmacked and had over 14 million viewings. “Let my blood boil to see this,” he commented.
“This is very rude,” another said. The other added: “What the heck was going on in that bed?” added another disturbed individual.
“The first bed looks like a crime scene,” another added. “Wow, why is someone doing this? I can't believe it, why?” he added another.
In relation to the owner of the Air BNB, one individual wrote: “A similar thing happened to me. The guest destroyed my kitchen. I wanted to replace the Air BNB with the guest with a portion of the kitchen.
Booking.com has been contacted for comment.
