GetJet Aviation Holdings Report Net Profit 25.4 million EUR for 2024

GetJet Aviation Holdings delivers strong 2024 results with a net profit of 25.4 million euros

GetJet Aviation Holdings: Net income of 25.4 million euros reflects strategic growth in 2024

    Vilnius, July 23rd

GetJet Aviation Holdings, an international aviation services group headquartered in Lithuania, has released its financial results for fiscal year 2024. Ownership recorded net income of 25.4 million euros, and in 2024 total revenue for the entire company that currently comprises the group. GetJet continues to maintain one of the highest profitability rates worldwide in the ACMI and aircraft maintenance sector.

“2024 was a year of strategic integration. We have expanded our business significantly to air asset management, MRO and component trading, strengthening our internal technical capabilities. Financial results confirm the effectiveness of our strategic direction, improving financial stability, and increasing synergy through our business units.

GetJet Aviation Holdings is operated through several key entities: Lithuania-based ACMI and charter carriers GetJet Airlines and Latvia (GetJet Airlines Latvia) and Malta (Airhub Airlines Ltd.), Aviation Asset Management and Maintenance Provider Airhub Aviation (UAB Airhub), Malta (GetJet Airlines Latvia) and Malta (Airhub Airlines Ltd.).

This structure positions GetJet Aviation Holdings as a vertically integrated aviation group, covering all core segments including ACMI operations, MRO services, component trading, aircraft asset management, and aviation training.

Technical Resilience/Reinvestment of Integrated Technology Infrastructure Profits

Aircraft maintenance is the strategic focus of long-term growth strategies for holdings. In strengthening the global MRO market, investments in technical autonomy allow GetJet to remain operational efficient and continue to restore to market fluctuations.

“Our strong 2024 performance examines the strategic decisions made in 2023. By establishing Air Hub Airlines, we deliberately chose to build our internal technical capabilities and provide stronger control over the operational pace. Viltrakis, CEO of GetJet Aviation Holdings.

Airhub Aviation currently offers maintenance, component trading and asset management services that operate MRO facilities at Siauliai International Airport (SQQ). Starting in 2025, these maintenance services will be available to third-party clients. Open additional revenue streams to further diversify group revenues.

In March 2025, GetJet Airlines secured a 40-year lease from Lithuania Airport for its land at Vilnius International Airport. The total investment in the project is estimated at 10 million euros, with initial aircraft maintenance work expected to begin by 2028. The facility will become a strategic engineering hub, further strengthening the group's operational independence and supporting sustainable growth over the next decade.

GetJet Aviation Holdings currently operates a fleet of 16 aircraft. A subsidiary, GetJet Airlines, is considered one of the most flexible and responsive ACMI providers on the market. This allows you to dispatch a fully crew aircraft within just 90 minutes of receiving a client request. This rapid deployment ability has earned GetJet Airlines a reputation as a “special forces of air forces.”
