German leisure carrier condor ordered four more Airbus A330-900s, bringing the overall fleet of the type to 25 by 2031.
It also gets four other options for Twinjets with the Rolls-Royce Trent 7000.
The airline operates the 18 A330-900 and plans to introduce three more by the end of 2027.
“By ordering additional long-range aircraft, we intend to open new opportunities for international business and continue the successful growth strategy we have seen in recent years,” says CEO Peter Gerber.
“With this summer flight schedule, we are offering our customers a fully standardized product for all long distance destinations for the first time.”
Condor, modernizing its fleet with the Airbus A320neo-Family aircraft, won its first A330-900 at the end of 2022.
