Aviation data management for frequently modernised Georgian Airlines navigation service providers

Sakaeronavigatia has undergone an upgrade in aviation data management from Furecrentis, ensuring consistency with international standards and the upgraded system can enhance its role with Georgia's role in seamless integration with European aviation databases, processes and global aviation.

For over a decade, fullentis is a trusted partner of Sakaero Navigatia, headquartered in Tbilisi Airport, offering solutions for Aviation Message Processing System (AMHS) and Aviation Information Management (AIM) With this latest upgrade, Sakaeronavigatsia is moving forward with a target system to meet evolving international standards and adapt to new operational demands.

This upgrade improves aviation data management and exchange with the CADAS-AIMDB, an advanced AIM database that aligns with standards set by the European authorities and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Built on a standardized format for exchanging essential aviation data such as airspace structures and flight procedures, CADAS-AIMDB promotes seamless data sharing with European Aviation Databases (EADs).

“We have been a trusted partner for many years and this latest collaboration has strengthened that relationship. The new purpose system is a major step forward for us, allowing us to streamline our processes, meet international standards and serve stakeholders above the state of Georgia.

Key benefits include the ability to define and publish ICAO digital datasets, improved workflows, and enhanced validation mechanisms. Furecrentis also helps Sakaeronavigatia replace Aviation Information Publications (AIP) tools, an important document that provides details on important flight operations such as airports, airspace, and navigation aids.

“This project marks another important milestone in our long-standing partnership with Sakaeronavigatsia. We are proud to support Georgia's important role in the international aviation network.”
