A poll of 2,000 air travelers found that using devices without headphones, loud discussions and getting older and putting luggage in an overhead locker is another major nuisance.

However, according to 36%, the most annoying thing is that children kick the back of their chairs. I had to sit next to a chatty stranger and line up the toilets, and the double armrest hoger also made a top 20 list.

The study was commissioned by travel insurance provider Stayure, whose spokesman stated:

“Crying kids, seat reclining, loud fellow passengers can often be encountered on trips, indicating that many people can be a little annoyed by the feet of this trip on this trip.

The survey found that 14% were rising and suffered from fellow passengers awake to remove bags from overhead lockers when flights were not officially finished. However, 15% pleaded guilty to the crime of doing some of these stimuli themselves, with 54% in Armrest's control key.

Although they get caught up in things on a flight, 47% are frequently angry with such behavior. 8% claim that they feel this way every time they board a flight. According to OnePoll data, 44% are stimulating through sighs and huffs, while 19% are involved in intense debates.

Various approaches have also emerged when it comes to initial interactions with fellow passengers. 37% are happy to accept the person sitting next to them and chat if they want. But 32% regret doing so after they realised that their neighbors would listen to them the whole time. And 17% avoid approval and conversation during the flight. It's even 25% to pretend to be asleep to avoid chat.

Also, 76% supported the plane section, especially for parents and children to sit, and 18% found crying children who were more annoyed than destructive adults.

However, 37% found that rough adults were far more exciting, while 88% believe there is a correlation between destination and passenger attitudes. And 44% believe alcohol restrictions are a wise idea on board.

A Stayure spokesman added: “This study saw topics that everyone seems to have strong opinions at first glance, but when the flight goes out of the way, you feel you can really enjoy your holiday.

“As the research has shown, there is a long list of things that may irritate us on a plane, and you never know that you may encounter. We cannot guarantee people to annoying passengers, but it is always wise to have a coordinated travel insurance in place to protect ourselves in the event that something more serious happens before or during the trip.”
