Ethiopian Airlines, Africa's largest airline and one of the fastest growing airlines in the world, is proud to announce an increase in flights from Manchester to Addis Ababa and announce its daily frequency on July 3, 2025. Increased frequency also offers seamless connections to amazing safari destinations such as Nairobi, Kilimanjaro, Dar es Salaam, Maun, Victoria Falls, Johannesburg, Lusaka and Cape Town.

Commenting on the new daily service, Ethiopia Transport & Sales Manager in Manchester, he said, “We are excited to increase flights from Manchester to daily frequency from July 3, 2025. This new schedule shows our commitment to providing passengers with travel and connectivity options.

Manchester Airport Chief Executive Stephen Turner said: “We are proud of our role in connecting people in the north to the world, so we are pleased that Manchester will soon boast daily flights to Africa's largest hub airports. Addis Ababa offers an enviable network of connections with corners of the continent, and passengers now flying from Manchester can travel weekly with Ethiopian Airlines, not to mention anyone who wants to reach some of Africa's most popular tourist attractions, like Cape Town, Zanzibar and Seikel.
