If you go on a holiday, many of us travel to the same destination, but one travel enthusiast insists you visit this underrated holiday spot – it's cheap and full of beauty.
Many of us want to enjoy our annual overseas holiday, but the reality is that it often happens very expensive. However, there are many less popular spots to visit that will not break your bank.
Albania is one of Europe's most affordable destinations, but is often overlooked. Travel essentials such as accommodation, food, drinks and more are suitable for all types of budgets.
The city of Salande in southern Albania is a great place for those who want to enjoy beautiful beaches and walk along the promenade to see historic places. Plus, there are plenty of great bars and restaurants.
The city is perfect for travelling, but if you want to stop to stop a little quietly or want to spend the day away from tourists, the beautiful town of Kusamir is just a 20-minute drive away. Swedish travel content creator Laila praises her as “one of the best travel destinations when you have a budget.”
She shared a video clip from Tiktok showing the beauty of the city. She says there is “a wonderful beach with crystal clear waters, a stunning beach club and a restaurant.”
Laila was impressed by how cheap her trip was after discovering a cheap hotel for under 25 euros for under 20.85 euros. She said: “We stayed in a lovely room with a sea view balcony and breakfast for 19 euros per person on a 3-star meta.”
She said the food is also very cheap and you can spend under 10 euros on your meals. “I need to go,” he commented. “This is perfect,” he agreed to another.
Kusamir has crystal clear waters, a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of beautiful beaches to explore on foot. The white beaches and Crystal Clearwaters at Lori Beach are similar to the photos from the Maldives brochure.
On the other side of Ksamil Beach is Bora Bora Beach, where you can enjoy a lively beach bar and water sports. People often rent kayaks to visit nearby unhaited islands.
If you love history, you'll find the car, a 15-minute drive from Kusamil and Butrint National Park. This is the Hertierage site of the UNESCO world filled with ancient ruins.
Plus, if you've visited Ksamil for a longer period of time, a day trip to an island near Corfu in Greece might be fun.
