His expertise lies in aircraft ground handling, maintenance, aviation business development and operational excellence, underpinned by his robust technical foundation as a licensed commercial pilot (FAA, SACAA, EASA/SWISS Foca) and FAA Certified Agency & Power Plant Mechanic.

He serves as director of Women's Board of Directors at Aviation International (WAI), a member of the ISBAH board within the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC), and leads the International Operators Committee of the International Business Aviation Association of Africa (NBAA). His commitment to promoting inclusion in aviation has led to groundbreaking initiatives such as the Krimson Aviation Scholarship, which supports underrepresented students pursuing a career in aerospace.

As Director of Sales and Account Management for General Aviation Services Ltd (GAS), Craig is dedicated to optimizing customer experiences, managing key accounts, and solving operational challenges to enhance service standards. His strategic insights have made the company continue to expand the market presence and revenue stream within the aviation sector.
Additionally, as Bekia Airlines' Director of Aviation and Hotels, Middleton spearheaded the launch and operation of VIP airlines, seamlessly combining Caribbean premier hospitality services with luxury air travel. His ability to coordinate superior customer experiences and regulatory compliance underscored his commitment to operational excellence.
During his tenure as EMEA Regional Operations Director for Universal Aviation, Middleton led a network of 13 ground support locations, achieving promotion efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability across the region. His leadership extends to strategic development, budget management and talent retention, driving a strong foundation for organizational growth.
Throughout his career, Middleton has played a pivotal role in major airlines, including Oxygen Airlines, Starflight Airlines, Midwest Executive Aviation and Signature Flight Support.
