Skills by SA chefs showcase the innovation and expertise of top culinary talent. An industry hub where trendsetters and thought leaders share insights into what shapes the future. The New Product Showcase unveils the latest products and solutions set up to redefine the industry. Scasa's Coffee Championship, where the baristas compete for the highest honors. New feature areas designed to unlock exhibitors' fresh market opportunities include the SA Chef Market, Retail Innovation Hub and Drink Bar.
