    Kuljit Ghata-Aura, president of Boeing Middle East, Türkiye, Africa and Central Asia's Boeing Middle East, said: Industry is an important driving force behind the region's economy. ”

    Boeing also has offices in Johannesburg, South Africa, with field services representatives stationed in airlines in Algeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Morocco, South Africa, Tanzania and Togo.

    The office is led by Henok Teferra Shawl, managing director of Boeing Africa. Henok said: “Africa is one of the most promising markets in terms of economic and business growth. The proximity to customers, government stakeholders and suppliers will enable us to develop solutions that are best suited to the needs of the African aviation sector.”
