The Jurassic Coast is home to many sunny beach spots. However, one seaside town often flies with vacationers under the radar.

Seton is hidden in East Devon between the famous Sidmouth and Lime Regis and is cherished as a hidden gem by locals. Surrounded by busy Sidmouth and lime regis, near the picturesque fishing village of Beer, Seton in Southeast Cornwall quietly retains its own unique charm, with a unique charm that is easy to overlook.

Locals told Devon Live that Seton's low profile is indeed a blessing. She supports more investment ideas, but she noted that the town has avoided a surge in buyers, primarily secondary sales.

Seton Beach is famous for its picturesque scenery and untouched scenery. The beach stretches along the coastline with a mixture of shingles and sand, as well as clear water perfect for a leisurely walk.

The beach is a family favorite, perfect for paddling and playing, easy access and plenty of parking. Popular with dog pedestrians and coastal anglers, it is one of the few beaches in this part of Cornwall, offering the right waves for surfing.

Just behind the beach is Seton Valley Country Park. Seton Valley Country Park is a haven for wildlife such as dragonflies, butterflies, ducks, kingfishers, dorms and otters. The flat main path leads visitors deep into the scenic valley. Lifeguard works from May to September, ensuring a safe seaside experience.

According to a TripAdvisor review, “A better place to relax than Seton Beach on a sunny afternoon. It's crowded on both ends, clean and friendly beach and dog friendly. It's good to see flat block renovations going on and facelifting towards the ocean.

They added: “If Fish and Chips aren't yours, then dive into the abundant and friendly Tesco and buy some delicious snacks for a Fab Beachside picnic. Of course there are plenty of good cafes and bars nearby, if you're not.
