    South Africa Tourism has established an industry-led advisory committee to strengthen the planning and implementation of African Travel Indava 2025, which will be held from May 12-15 in Durban. The panel, which is made up of representatives from key sectors, meets weekly to refine exhibitor and buyer engagement, logistics and programme enhancements. The committee includes representatives from ATTA®, SATSA, Classic Portfolio, Sun International, Marriott and Tourvest, ensuring a balanced industry perspective in shaping Africa's best travel trade events.

    Kgomotso Ramothea, a committee member who is ATTA® Membership CEO, highlighted the importance of collaboration in placing Africa as a major global destination. Other committee members reiterated their commitment to making the event a world-class platform, introducing the continent's tourism potential while fostering trade opportunities. The formation of this advisory group highlights a willingness to a greater industry alignment and ensures that African travel indava continues to provide value to exhibitors, buyers and stakeholders across the tourism sector.
