    ATTA®FORACTION 2025 Award winners were announced at Experience Africa in London

    In its second year, the ATTA® Action Awards received overwhelming response. The award celebrated the impactful initiative along the eight ATTA® pillars, inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Categories include community improvement, environmental conservation, traveler education and ethical companies.

    Two new categories have been introduced this year. The ATTA® MediaVoice for Action Award, hosted by Ethiopian Airlines, recognizes influential media experts, from journalists to content creators. Meanwhile, the ATTA® Emerging ChangeMaker Award shines a spotlight on grassroots organizations and early stage projects, making measurable differences on the ground.

    “The caliber of the application has reviewed a real challenge, and we are deeply grateful for generously giving a panel of dedicated judges – all champions of sustainable tourism.” – Chris Mears, CEO of ATTA®Events.

    The winners announced at Experience Africa in London are:

    ATTA® Purpose and People's Award – Green Safari (Zambia) ATTA® Earth Keeper Award – Great Plains Conservation (Zimbabwe, Kenya, Botswana Zimbabwe) ATTA® ECO Innovation Award – Tamàna Company (Madagascar) Atta® Zero Waste Trailblazer Award – Blue Safari Seychelles (coplocementmentmentary ATTA® Marine Impact Award – Marine Dynamics (South Africa) ATTA® Collaborative Impact Award – The Eye-opening (Uganda) ATTA® Traveler Education Award – Pangolin (South Africa) ATTA® Media Voice Action Award, sponsored by Ethiopian Airlines – Changemaker Award sponsored by Ethiopian Airlines hosted by Muzguruzaire, East Africa, Charlotte Beau Voisin – Ropi Drone Light Show (Botswana)
