ATM Travel Tech has grown by over 26% this year, with over 100 travel technology companies showing the latest innovations

The Arabian Travel Market (ATM) welcomes more than 55,000 industry experts from 166 countries, with last year’s edition showing a 16% increase. The event features over 2,800 exhibitors, 19% from the Middle East and 81% from other parts of the world.

Hosted by RX Global, ATM 2025 is based on the theme of “Global Travel: Developing Tourism for Tomorrow through Enhanced Connectivity,” and explored how border, industry and community connectivity shaped the future of tourism. This theme was a central element of the overall event held at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) from April 28th to May 1st.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates and Dubai Prime Minister and ruler visited the exhibition to receive an overview of the year’s major themes and innovations.

Throughout the course of the four-day event, several prominent officials and VIPS participated in ATM 2025, including Sheikh Ahmed bin Said Almaqtoum, chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, chairman of Dubai Airport and chairman and chief executive of Emirates Airlines and Group. Deputy Prime Minister Dubai, Minister of Defense and chairman of Dubai Executive Council explored the show floor and presented highlights from the 2025 edition.

“We are pleased to announce that we are pleased to announce that we are pleased to announce that we are pleased to announce that we are pleased to announce that we are an essay about our exhibitions at the Arabian Travel Market,” said Daniel Curtis, ME, exhibition director for the Arabian travel market. “RX Global and I are proud to welcome the vibrant engagement community of travel professionals to ATM 2025. A measure of the key role of ATMs in shaping the future of global tourism and connection.”

Growth has been observed in the verticals of all shows, with regional growth increasing year-on-year in the following areas: Middle East (19%), Asia (20%), Europe (17%), Africa (21%). In particular, Asia is the fastest growing region of ATM 2025, with exhibitor participation increasing an impressive 20% year-on-year. This growth is driven by increasing regional ties and strengthening relationships with international markets.

Outside the UAE and the broader GCC market, the top 10 registered international markets for ATM 2025 are: India (6%), Türkiye (3.2%), UK (3%), Egypt (3%), USA (2%), China (1.5%), Sri Lanka (1%), Mardan (1%).

ATM Travel Tech has increased more than 26% this year, reflecting an increase in integration with sector technology. The newly launched startups and innovation zone featured an immersive VR experience for 21 groundbreaking companies to redefine travel and help visitors explore transformative solutions for the industry.

The hotel segment at ATM 2025 has grown by 12% year-on-year, with all major international hotel chains represented, and the ATM conference featured more than 70 sessions and presented insights from over 200 respected speakers on the global stage, future stages and new business event stages that are part of IBTM@ATM.

The IBTM@ATM event has officially been launched, a dedicated zone for business event professionals. There was insights from renowned organizations such as the International Conference Association (ICCA), Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), and the World Energy Council, as well as contributions from tourism and events industry leaders around the world.
