Cruise lines in their 50s and above have been named by passengers as the best name in the world.
Which is the consumer watchdog? We have released a cruise passenger survey. In October 2024, we asked about 2,865 members. Connect and the public about the cruise experience over the past two years.
This study considers factors such as customer service, passenger-to-space ratio, food, cabin quality, itinerary, and value value to give each cruise line a score.
The best score was Saga Ocean Cruise, which made you the top spot? Recommended provider. Brands in their 50s and above were selected as the best cruise line with an overall customer score of 87%.
Saga Cruises passengers rated a free round-trip to and from Port 5 stars. Customer service and food and drinks were also highly rated. The survey highlighted “a great service that contains almost everything.”
Commenting on the rating, Nigel Blanks, CEO of Saga Cruises, said: For the incredible fifth year in a row, as a recommended provider for Ocean Cruises.
“This is an incredible achievement that reflects our dedication to providing our valued guests with a high level of service, excellent all-inclusive value and exceptional experience on boutique ships.”

Silversea was called the best luxury cruise line with a passenger score of 85%. This line was described as “ultra las on the high seas.”
The consumer group said: “Its fully inclusive voyage includes all field trips and 24 hours of white tame butlers.
“Repeated customers said that he was charged was his laundry. The standards are very high. All suites (rated 5 stars) have ocean views and many private verandas. Food and drinks are top notch, with sushi, jazz bars and champagne tapped.
“This all comes down to the water price per night, but passengers still awarded four stars for the money.”
