Ghanaian media personality and tourism advocate Gilbert Abaek “Santana” Ugley has been appointed deputy chief executive of the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) by President John Mahama. Abeiku Santana, known for her extensive work in tourism promotion, is CEO of Kaya Tours and advocate for the voices of domestic and international tourism in Ghana. His appointment is welcomed by industry stakeholders and recognizes his influence and commitment to positioning Ghana as a major destination in Africa.
