Europe has a beautiful Riviera called the Maldives of the Continent in recent years by many reviewers and visitors. Borsch is one of the least known villages in the Albanian Riviera, boasting clear turquoise water and soft white pebbles.
Our European holiday destination has become a great place to spend a relaxing holiday. Its gentle shallow water makes it perfect for swimming and sunbathing. You can walk through the olive groves and visit the historic Borsch Castle, and visit panoramic coastline views while in the area. If you feel an adventurous spirit, you can also take popular activities such as snorkeling and paddleboarding.
A visit to Borsch Beach wrote on TripAdvisor:
“Lower prices, and more family-friendly beaches. Quiet music from the beach club. Entrance to almost every beach and stone sea.”
Another was written: “It's worth coming here – the ocean looks magical! Amazing. A beautiful place. Beautiful sea!”
If you want to learn about some of the region's history, a visit to Borsch Castle is a must.
One visitor said on TripAdvisor: The ruins of the castle are beautiful and the views are stunning.
“It takes about 30 minutes to walk from above the Ujvara Veranda restaurant or from the beginning of the road next to the restaurant. It's a steep walk, but definitely worth it!”
But not only this, it is worth a trip to nearby towns near Lecove and Himales.
In Lekobe, you can relax on its pristine pebbles beaches and explore the village's olive groves and traditional stone homes.
If you have a peaceful atmosphere and want to have a bite while you're there, try the fresh seafood and local dishes available at the family-run Taverna.
