Hundreds of Vodafone customers reported that they had no internet access.
Over 670 people have been reporting issues on Down Detector from 6:30am.
The customer posted his frustration on X.
Another addition: “Is there a possibility of broadband down from early morning in the Peter Blow area, communication about issues?”
Another confirmed that it was down in Leicester through the fiber.
Vodafone advises its customers to use its service testing tool to run its own diagnostics on the Vodafone website and to contact the broadband team on 0333 304 0191 or live chat.
The outage also appears to have impacted parts of Spain, with one Alicante user telling the operator that there is no internet or television, and Vodafone replied, “We cannot tell you how long it will last, sorry.”
